How can i do ordered probit or ordered logit in SHAZAM?

Excellent procedures for this have been developed using SHAZAM at Macquarie by Daehoon Nahm.

These consider both Ordered Logit and Probit and also Multi-response models i.e. Multinomial Logit and Conditional Logit.

For standard Probit, Logit (or Tobit) see the LOGIT, PROBIT or TOBIT commands within the SHAZAM Reference.
