I have some dummy variables in my dataset. The summary statistics of my variables specifies the minimum values of each of these dummies as 0.0000E11 for instance. I am trying to implement a combined Box-Cox and Box-Tidwell estimation which requires that all variables are strictly positive. Shazam (my students licence) keeps returning an error code because of my dummies. I will appreciate some advise on how to overcome this problem.

I found the answer in the Shazam manual. The variables need to be strictly positive to execute a combined BC-BT estimation. This is so because a log transformation is involved and log zero isn't defined.
