Formatting a table in Word or Excel

Hi all, When you estimate a model with let say 10 variables and you want to present the result in for example a word-document you can copy and past from the Shazam output. That's the quick and dirty way. How can you make a nice table in Word or excel WITHOUT typing every variable with associated coeff.estimate, and t-value etc. - that's really time-consuming. Any suggestions will be appreciated.
